Your story is developed during this stage of the animation process. Whether you are skilled at writing your own script or require our help and collaboration to form your story based on the brief - which translates the key messaging into a story, you will always have the opportunity to steer, amend, and finally sign off your script as only once the script is signed off will we move ahead.

This is where we look at the different animation design style techniques. We will explore what style - colours, mediums, textures, photography, and assets - is most appropriate for your story yet still working in accordance with your brand guidelines and your brief. We will create a mood board or compilation of visual references to give you the best understanding of how the animation will look, what elements it will include, and what to expect with the project.

This stage builds upon the previous stage, we will design the assets to match the approved style frames and layout fully-designed scenes into a digital storyboard with text descriptions. A perfect way to pre-visualize your story in the form of an image sequence. We will show you scene-by-scene how the video or story will flow by defining the visuals, objects, and elements with arrows and notes of the actions within a shot, camera movements, and voiceover/sound effects details.

After the storyboard is are approved, we will design the visual elements that are animation-ready. They include background, infographic, characters, illustrations, text, full-colour image, icons, etc. It can be hand-drawn sketches, coloured illustrations, or a mix of both based on the selected style.
